Booking Conditions and Rules of Conduct
Your booking is hereby confirmed in accordance with your request. The following conditions apply to the rental:
§ 1 Payment Terms
The cost of the rental will be charged in its entirety on your regular rent/fee invoice. The charge will be made in arrears, after the rental date has passed.
§ 2 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing no later than 30 (thirty) days prior to the agreed rental date. For cancellations received later than 30 days before the rental date, the full rental cost will be charged.
§ 3 Contract and Key Handover
Keys to the premises will be provided as per separate agreement. A condition for the keys to be handed over is that the tenant has submitted a fully completed and signed rental contract.
A contract template is available for download on our website. If you do not have access to a printer, a physical copy of the contract can be collected from the area office during regular opening hours.
§ 4 Responsibility and Liability
* Financial Liability: No security deposit is paid. However, the tenant is fully financially liable for all damages to the premises, its inventory, or equipment that occur during the rental period.
* Personal Responsibility: The person who signs this contract (the tenant) is personally responsible for the premises and for ensuring that all rules are followed. The tenant may not, under any circumstances, leave the premises or the party before the event has concluded and the premises are duly locked and secured.
* Cleaning Responsibility: The premises must be returned in a fully cleaned condition. This includes, but is not limited to: wiping all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying waste bins, and cleaning the kitchenette and toilet facilities. Furniture must be returned to its original position.
* Charging for Deficiencies: Costs to rectify any damages, deficient cleaning, or other necessary restoration will be charged to the tenant in arrears.
§ 5 Rules of Conduct (NOTE)
The tenant undertakes to follow the rules of conduct below, as well as the full regulations available on our website.
* General Rules: The same rules of conduct that apply to residents within the property/association also apply to the use of these premises.
* Maximum Number of Guests: The premises are approved for a maximum of 35 (thirty-five) persons present at the same time. The tenant is responsible for ensuring this number is not exceeded.
* Smoking Ban: A strict and unconditional smoking ban (including e-cigarettes) applies to the entire premises and the immediate vicinity of the property’s entrances.
* Disturbances and Noise Levels: Disturbances to neighbors are strictly prohibited. The tenant is responsible for ensuring that all members of the party show consideration.
* Music Rules: Music and noise levels must be adapted so as not to cause a disturbance. After 10:00 PM (22:00), the volume must be significantly lowered to a low conversational level. All music must be turned off no later than 1:00 AM (01:00).
* Time Limit for Activities: Activities that may generate disruptive noise, such as cleaning (including vacuuming) or moving furniture, may not under any circumstances be performed after 10:00 PM (22:00) (with the exception of final cleaning, which must be carried out without causing a disturbance).
